New Video Splitter is a fast video splitting tool. It supports splitting multiple MPEG I and MPEG II, AVI(DivX, XViD, MPEG4), DVD(.VOB), RealMedia(.RM, .RMVB), VCD(.DAT), ASF-WMV and other similar video file formats. You can easily split video files by marking the start and end positions in the preview window.
