Fujara is an electronic filing system that uses an very user intuitive interface designed to resemble folder tabs. Through its quick-tab navigation system, you can easily and quickly find personnel information. With the Fujara system, record keeping becomes effortless. You can easily store the information you need, from employee names, addresses, and phone numbers to performance evaluations, benefits packages, and vacation time accruals.

Easily navigate through employee information with an very intuitive user interface.
Enter and update employee data using Import. If you’re at least using Office 2000 or Microsoft Excel 2000, you can bring in your most current employee information using the import feature.
Produce pre-populated letters by using the employee information stored in your database(s). Choose from over 15 letter styles already written for you, or create, edit, and save your own.
Stay informed of I-9 document renewals.
Record general employee information—social security number, EEO code and category, hire date, position, and W-4 status.
Keep track of comp time, vacation, sick leave and other time accruals with automatically calculated accrual accounts.
