BMI Calculator is an up-to-date software program used to calculate Body Mass Index. The program supports Windows XP, 2000, ME, NT, 98. If you care about your health, you do need BMI Calculator on your PC. You do not need complicated math. The program will calculate your BMI automatically. BMI Calculator is easy to use. Choose English or Metric system at your discretion. You just enter your height and weight into BMI Calculator, click the Calculate button and the program calculates the figure which shows the proportion of your weight to height. This figure is your Body Mass Index; it is used to indicate whether you are underweight, normal, overweight and obese.

BMI Calculator is for use by adults aged twenty years and above, and it is not gender specific. It is not designed for children, teens or pregnant women.

Learn more about your health. There are four categories of weight according to the Federal Obesity Clinical Guidelines: underweight, normal, overweight and obese. By falling into one of these categories you may be able to determine whether your body weight is in proportion to your height.
