It can take complete or partial backup of Windows Mail (Vista), Outlook(2000/XP/2003/2007), Outlook Express, Address Book, Internet Settings, Desktop, My Documents, My Files, My Folder, My Pictures. Backup can be taken in three different ways i.e. Simple backup, Zip backup and Zip Encrypted backup. User has option to schedule his backups, this helps user to overcome the chance of forgetting dates of important backups.
