Creates a sticky note on the desktop of zero bytes, stored in the disks FAT, from Windows or MS-DOS. e.g. Phone Alessandra, Celery or E=mc^2. Place on the desktop and launch to write a note. Simple code executes fast and small file takes up less space on disk. Single file allows for easy installing and uninstalling.
